Senior Commercial Leadership Role

LGA Telecom, an established infocomm service provider since 1995, has played a pivotal role in shaping Singapore's internet ecosystem. Over the past two decades, LGA has delivered robust enterprise solutions ensuring uninterrupted business operations.

The commercial director will spearhead LGA's commercial strategy unifying sales, product, and marketing efforts to drive sustainable revenue growth and market leadership. This is a hands-on leadership position balancing strategic vision with execution in a fast-moving SME environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy & Business Expansion
    • Develop and execute a unified commercial strategy to accelerate revenue, expand market share, and explore new opportunities in Singapore and overseas markets.
    • Identify high-value customer segments refine go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and position LGA as a leader in ICT solutions.
    • Ensure strong commercial governance performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
  • B2B Sales Leadership & Execution
    • Optimize the end-to-end B2B sales process territory planning pipeline management KPIs, and conversion to maximize win rates and customer lifetime value.
    • Lead mentor, and scale the sales team fostering a culture of accountability consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Strengthen relationships with key enterprise clients channel partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
  • Product & Market Development
    • Oversee the product roadmap ensuring bundled service-hardware solutions meet evolving SME and enterprise demands.
    • Champion voice-of-customer (VOC) insights to refine offerings enhance competitive differentiation, and improve service design.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to align product development with market needs and revenue goals.
  • Marketing & Demand Generation
    • Lead digital marketing branding, and lead-generation strategies to build pipeline and ensure measurable ROI.
    • Elevate LGA's brand authority as a trusted ICT partner in Singapore and the region.
    • Develop sales enablement tools targeted campaigns, and content strategies to accelerate deal closures.
  • Team & Culture Enhancement
    • Build and inspire a high-performance commercial team fostering collaboration continuous learning, and a results-driven culture.
    • Embed commercial thinking across the organization ensuring alignment between departments.
    • Promote a customer-centric agile mindset while balancing autonomy and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 10+ years in B2B commercial leadership preferably in telecom, ICT, or technology solutions.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue expanding markets, and leading high-growth sales teams.
