Job Overview

This role involves developing innovative financial products for a global team, coordinating with key stakeholders to drive growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new ideas, structuring complex transactions, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing creative solutions for clients, involving strategic discussions, idea generation, and client presentation.
  • Coordinating medium-sized projects, including transaction management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Developing and devising new and innovative structures, demonstrating technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
  • Initiating actions to further improve skills and performance, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development.
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level in a quantitative subject (Mathematics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Quantitative Finance etc.), 2:1 level or above plus higher level formal qualification in a quantitative subject.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience working in a collaborative environment, with strong moral integrity and excellent communication skills.
  • Good level of computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office (particularly in Excel and VBA programming skills).
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills particularly Mandarin or Korean being an advantage.
