Job Title: Strategic Materials Coordinator
Description:Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking to plan and coordinate material requirements? Do you have experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and team collaboration?
This role involves planning and controlling material requirements to meet production and sales order demands. You will conduct and coordinate monthly stock takes to ensure SAP and physical inventory accuracy. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, respond to sales forecasts, and report slow-moving or obsolete items.
Responsibilities:- Plan and control material requirements to meet production and sales order demands.
- Conduct and coordinate monthly stock takes to ensure SAP and physical inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and respond to sales forecasts.
- Report slow-moving or obsolete items and maintain BOM accuracy.
- Handle sales enquiries on BOM applications, stock availability, lead times, and freight costs.
- Support warehouse, logistics, and purchasing activities, including shipment arrangements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and assist with procurement-related tasks.
