**Job Description**
Maintain a high level of surveillance over guests in the facility and act promptly to ensure their safety in emergency situations. Provide emergency care and treatment as required, utilizing lifesaving techniques and equipment. Ensure personal protection equipment is used when performing first aid on guests.

**Responsibilities**
* Maintain constant vigilance and intervene immediately in emergency situations
* Provide emergency care and treatment until medical services arrive
* Ensure PPE is used during first aid procedures
* Prepare and maintain incident reports
* Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain high standards of guest service
* Maintain pool cleanliness and appearance
* Work closely with management teams and other departments to fulfill guest requests

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

Education:
* Secondary education preferred
* Basic lifeguarding certifications (1-3)

Experience:
* Prior experience working in hotel or resort settings advantageous

Other Prerequisites:
* Ability to work varied shifts including mornings and afternoons and public holidays
* Calmly react in emergency situations
* Skill in applying lifeguarding techniques and rescue methods
* Knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures
* Follow routine instructions
* Good command of spoken and written English for communication purposes
