Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and timely distribution of drugs, reviewing and delivering drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcomes for patients in both Outpatient and Inpatient Pharmacy settings.
About the Role:
- Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure the medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes.
- Assisting in the operations of the pharmacy section to meet departmental standards and targets.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council or full registration in the country of qualification (required to undergo 3-6 months pre-registration training).
- Bachelor Degree/Masters in Pharmacy.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
