Job Description

Deploy wireless networks with specialized teams, supporting the rollout of Huawei access points and endpoint devices across multiple sites. Install, deploy, and monitor these devices using Huawei iManager U2000.

  • Install and deploy Huawei access points, managing them using Huawei iManager U2000.
  • Test and verify wireless network appliances and CPE (customer premise equipment).
  • Create comprehensive documentation for all wireless deployments to aid future references and conduct troubleshooting for network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain a range of wireless devices, documenting technical specifications while adhering to operating standards for telecommunications equipment.
  • Simplify complex technology solutions for easy comprehension.
Project Optimization & Technical Support:
  • Network Performance Management: Resolve 95% of priority-1 trouble tickets within a 2-hour SLA timeframe.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in IT, Networking, or a related field.
  • Experience in endpoint or network device deployment, preferably with Huawei products.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing and Wi-Fi setup.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites for deployment projects.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
