The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing methylome sequencing and transcriptomics data to improve early identification and risk stratification of individuals with cardiometabolic diseases in Asian populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, optimize and maintain bioinformatics tools and pipelines related to next-generation methylation sequencing and transcriptomics data.

  • Apply quantitative research techniques to accurately assess, interpret and evaluate large-scale omics datasets.
