Freelance Video Editor

Twine is seeking a talented video editor to collaborate on ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience editing YouTube content, particularly in the food, lifestyle, or fashion space.

The role involves editing 1–2 YouTube videos per week, typically 8–20 minutes in length, with occasional long-form edits and short-form adaptations for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

  • Edit 1–2 YouTube videos per week (typically 8–20 minutes), with occasional long-form edits and short-form adaptations for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
  • Incorporate branded motion graphics, lower thirds, and smooth transitions.
  • Apply basic color correction, audio leveling, and visual grading to achieve stylish, consistent outputs.
  • Maintain strong storytelling and pacing for both long-form and short-form formats.
  • Collaborate with the team and incorporate feedback.
Requirements:

Proven experience editing YouTube content, preferably in the food, lifestyle, or fashion space.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Ability to create branded motion graphics and lower thirds and ensure smooth transitions.

Knowledge of platform-specific requirements for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.

Strong eye for color correction, audio balancing, and visual grading.

Excellent storytelling and pacing for both long-form and short-form videos.

Collaborative approach and openness to feedback.
