Job Summary

We are seeking a creative professional to join our team as a Visionary Video Content Creator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can conceptualize, produce, and edit engaging video content for sales, clients, new business, and internal marketing needs.

About the Role

This role involves conceptualizing, storyboarding, shooting, and editing videos for campaigns across sales, marketing, and HR initiatives. You will partner with executives and teams to develop compelling internal and external video marketing materials, manage video projects with minimal direction, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with business objectives, and edit and adapt video content for multiple digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit videos for campaigns across sales, marketing, and HR initiatives
* Partner with executives and teams to develop compelling internal and external video marketing materials
* Manage video projects with minimal direction, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with business objectives
* Edit and adapt video content for multiple digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
* Create short-form and long-form video content (e.g., reels, explainer videos, promotional campaigns, corporate stories)
* Support with static graphics where needed (e.g., thumbnails, titles, social posts) to complement video deliverables
* Confident in using AI design and video tools including, but not limited to, Midjourney, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
* Ensure all visual content maintains strong storytelling, brand consistency, and compliance with company standards

Requirements

* 1-4 years of experience in video production, editing, or multimedia design
* Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and digital storytelling
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related video-editing software (plus advantage if experienced with AI tools)
* Clean and sophisticated visual style with a solid understanding of digital best practices
* Branding, typography, and motion graphics skills are advantageous

Benefits

* Salary: $3.5K - $4K (negotiable) with CPF
