About the Role

Reliability, efficiency and regulatory compliance of production utilities and facilities are key to success in this role. The Senior Utilities Engineer will oversee systems such as water, electricity, HVAC and compressed air. They will also manage services like building maintenance, cleaning, site security and other critical facility functions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain all utility systems including water, electricity, HVAC and compressed air, as well as facility services such as building maintenance, cleaning and site security.
  • Oversee performance-based contracts to ensure utilities and facilities services are cost-effective, reliable and fully compliant.
  • Ensure all utilities and facility operations comply with environmental, safety and quality regulations.
  • Drive initiatives focused on improving reliability and energy efficiency, aligned with aggressive cost-reduction goals.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify optimal performance and compliance of all utility and facility systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure utility and facility operations support overall production requirements.
  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all utilities and facilities, in line with global standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering, Building/Facilities Management or other related field.
  • Preferably at least 5 years of experience in managing utilities and facilities in manufacturing.
