Ballet Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ballet instructor to join our team.

This is a teaching role where the candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to students of varying ages and skill levels
  • Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and goals
  • Prepare students for performances and exams by providing individualized instruction and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall instructional quality
  • Maintain a professional image in dressing and personality at all times
Requirements:
  • RAD CBTS/ CTD qualifications or equivalent
  • Education: Dance Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Music/Performing Arts Studies or equivalent
  • Patient and enjoy teaching young children
  • Ability to receive feedback about their teaching
  • Weekdays evening and weekend work necessary

The ideal candidate should have experience in teaching ballet and other dance genres. They should also be able to adapt to changing situations and communicate effectively with students and colleagues.

This role requires a high level of patience, communication skills, and ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.
