Job Summary:

  • Support the operation of automated assembly lines when needed.
Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting on-site operation of automated assembly lines, performing equipment preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving equipment related issues, providing technical support and training to customers, ensuring optimal performance of equipment, collecting data to improve manufacturing efficiency, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Automation Engineering. Experience with automation is an advantage. You should also be able to cope with dynamics and high pace environment, be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Technical Skills:

You should have a strong understanding of equipment setup, installation, and operation, including electrical debug and precision mechanical alignment. Ability to interpret 2D / 3D Mechanical and Electrical drawing is essential. Familiarity with PLC, vision inspection, and motion control is highly advantageous.

Customer Management Skills:

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
