Software Developer Role

We are looking for a skilled software developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

Job Description

The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. They will also customize workflows, forms, and business rules to meet business requirements.

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations
  • Customize workflows, forms, and business rules
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and ensure platform stability

The Software Developer will work closely with consultants and business users to enhance the ServiceNow experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM)
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required

A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
