Job Title: ServiceNow Developers

We are seeking skilled ServiceNow Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and administering ServiceNow applications, with a strong background in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. They will also work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions, troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and ensure platform stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • * Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations
  • * Customize workflows, forms, and business rules to meet business requirements
  • * Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • * Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and ensure platform stability
  • * Collaborate with consultants and business users to enhance the ServiceNow experience
  • * Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • * Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • * At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
  • * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM)
  • * Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications are a plus
  • * Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset
