As a Product Manager, you'll lead the evolution of Vama's financial services. If you're passionate about fintech innovation, user-centered design, and building secure, scalable digital wallets, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Vama's wallet and financial features, from strategy to execution.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, risk, operations, marketing) to ship features that delight users and ensure security.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver value fast.
  • Identify and mitigate product risks, especially in security, compliance, and data privacy.
  • Continuously analyze product performance and user feedback to drive innovation and growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • 6 years of experience in product management or ownership in fintech or payments, ideally with exposure to the US P2P market.
  • Solid understanding of mobile app development and digital wallet ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful products in agile environments.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with product tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
