Job Description:

We seek an experienced Marketing Communications Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling communications and using data insights to optimize marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and executing marketing communication campaigns tailored to audiences across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on data analysis and experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. They should be skilled in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data and visualization tools, and possess strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into marketing actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing communication campaigns
  • Analyze customer and prospect data to support audience segmentation and improve personalization of marketing communications
  • Create reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to marketing and sales teams
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with business objectives
  • Assist in providing data-driven input for content creation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing communications with a focus on data analysis (B2B preferred)
  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work well in a team
