Job Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with clients across various industries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Ensure yearly contract renewals of existing clients.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Talent Acquisition teams to understand client hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Align all client engagements with industry best practices and government regulations.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree from recognized institutions.
  • A passion for business development and people.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality with a desire to foster lasting client relationships.
  • Self-driven, great communication and problem-solving skills, willing to learn.
  • No prior experience required; we'll provide the necessary training.
