Guest Service Executive

This is a dynamic and innovative role for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Guest Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient service to guests, ensuring that their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

  • Ensure that all telephone calls are handled promptly within three rings, demonstrating your ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
  • Be familiar with all room types and rates in the hotel and their availability status, enabling you to make informed decisions and provide expert advice to guests.
  • Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly according to established procedures, and report to your supervisor for further follow-up when necessary.
  • Ensure guest room security, emergency, and fire procedures by following hotel policies and procedures.
  • Be familiar with hotel facilities and functions as well as major city attractions and events, providing guests with accurate information as requested.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
  • Able to perform rotating shifts
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality, coupled with good public relations skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera systems will be advantageous
