As a Professional Pet Stylist, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of salon quality trimming, caring for pets, and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for staff, customers, and pets
* Handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers, cashiering, and social media management
* Ensuring good house-keeping and up-keeping cleanliness of the grooming salon
* Highlighting abnormalities/health issues of pets to customers and recording observations on client files

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 3 years of current pet grooming experience
* The ability to perform a minimum of 5 full trims daily on various breeds
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Good personal hygiene and appropriate dress
* A respect and appreciation for pets
