Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Animal Care and Handling: Provide top-notch care and attention to the dogs in our facility, ensuring their health and safety at all times.
  • Grooming and Styling: Style and groom dogs to the highest standards, using your expertise and creativity to make them look and feel their best.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Store Operations: Assist with the daily operations of our store, including cleaning, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure the success of our animal care services.
Requirements
  • Coaching and Training: Provide coaching and training to new team members on animal care and handling procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records.
  • Selling and Merchandising: Sell products and merchandise to our clients, using your knowledge of our products and services to make recommendations and drive sales.
  • Compliance and Cashiering: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and assist with cashiering duties as needed.
