About the Role

  • Craft competitive quotations tailored to our customers' needs.
  • Navigate import/export permit declaration and customs clearance procedures effectively.
  • Cultivate business relationships with new customers and partners.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in issuing invoices and managing costing.
Key Responsibilities

We're looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Possesses excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Displays autonomy and excels in independent work settings.
  • Familiarity with air/sea import and export cross-trade shipments is advantageous.
  • Possesses at least one year of relevant experience in the industry.

Location and Working Hours

This role is based in the Changi Area, with working hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday) and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Saturday).
