We Are Social, a global agency with 19 offices across four continents and over 80 team members in Singapore, seeks an experienced professional for the role of Digital Communications Specialist.

As part of our Account Management team, you will play a crucial day-to-day delivery role. Your team leaders will guide you in managing tasks and priorities, while also expecting you to take responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaison between key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Monthly content planning and writing briefs for client social media channels
  • Community engagement and management
  • Scheduling posts on native platforms and social media tools
  • Tracking and analyzing post performance with monthly and quarterly reports
  • Developing strategies based on client objectives
  • Assisting the Account Director in output delivery
  • Maintaining high standards in all content created
  • Attending briefings/meetings and preparing minutes

The ideal candidate has experience working in an agency, preferably with knowledge of the Philippines as a market. You should be able to perform under stress while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines. Basic agency processes and departmental operational functions are essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and learning.
