  • Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and customization options to provide informed recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for figurines, phone straps, and customization, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A creative mindset with attention to detail is also essential. Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not necessary.
