Food Preparation Support Role

This is an entry-level position within our kitchen team, requiring a diligent and responsible individual to assist chefs with food preparation.

The ideal candidate will have good personal hygiene and cleanliness habits, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation (cutting, peeling, portioning ingredients).
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas.
  • Wash dishes, cookware, and utensils promptly.
  • Handle waste disposal and keep garbage areas clean.
  • Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
  • Support the kitchen team during peak service hours.
  • Follow hygiene and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
  • Hardworking and responsible individual willing to learn.
  • Good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  • 6-day work week including weekends, rotating shifts.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.
  • Able to work at different outlets across Singapore.
