The role of an Electrical Project Lead involves overseeing and coordinating various aspects of assigned electrical projects, encompassing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodlands for an Electrical Project Lead.

Key responsibilities of the Electrical Project Lead include managing multiple projects to ensure timely completion, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations. Additionally, they will lead site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors while ensuring smooth on-site operations.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for successful project execution and delivery. The Electrical Project Lead will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any project-related issues or concerns.

  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Lead site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors while ensuring smooth on-site operations.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage electrical design, material approvals, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Prepare progress claims, material submissions, reports, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and OMM documentation.
  • Plan manpower allocation, arrange work schedules, and coordinate procurement and material deliveries.
  • Assist in settling final project accounts, including handling variation orders.
\Requirements:\
  • Singaporean or PR only.
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in managing M&E projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable collaboration with team members and managers at all levels.
