Senior Electrical Project Lead

The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution and supervision of electrical engineering projects. Key responsibilities include involvement in technical discussions with clients, M&E consultants and main or sub-contractors to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement electrical engineering project plans.
- Participate in technical meetings with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to discuss project progress and requirements.
- Review project designs, electrical plans and specifications to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and submit project reports, documentation and schedules as required.
- Conduct site inspections to verify project quality and safety standards are met.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems and conduct training sessions for customers upon project completion.
- Offer technical assistance to customers and project teams in selecting suitable equipment for projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems and project management principles.
- Typically 3-4 years of experience in electrical construction or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
