As a vital member of our veterinary team, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch care to pets. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant difference in the lives of these cherished companions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary medical staff to ensure seamless communication and pet flow.
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring clients receive professional and efficient support.
  • Gather client information and history to maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records.
  • Ensure the safety of pets, clients, and colleagues by utilizing safe restraining techniques and adhering to established protocols.
  • Educate clients on preventive care, pet health needs, diagnoses, treatments, hospital services, and related matters.
  • Assist with surgical procedures as required.

Our ideal candidate is a graduate with a Diploma in Veterinary Technology or equivalent qualifications, holding a minimum of two years' work experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital. They should be committed to a 44-hour work week based on rotation, including weekends.
