Accountant Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, process invoices, and assist in preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  2. Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  3. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  4. Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  5. Collaborate in the budgeting process and assist in monitoring financial performance against the budget.
  6. Prepare documentation and assist during financial audits.
  7. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, relevant laws, and regulations.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Location:

This is a Full-Time/Part-Time position located near MacPherson, Singapore.
