Job Title: Store Operations Director

The role of a Store Operations Director is to oversee the daily management of a retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive working environment and develop team members through training and action.
  • Orientate and train employees on company policies using the operations manual.
  • Manage an efficient team of staff by taking an active interest in their welfare and development.
  • C coach, train, and supervise staff to operate stations effectively.
  • Develop and motivate team members through capability development.
  • Ensure daily opening and closing duties are properly executed.
  • Manage, direct, and coordinate all operation-related activities efficiently.
  • Perform inventory checks and product ordering.
  • Maintain high-level customer service as per QSC standards.
  • Ensure overall store image is maintained and the brand is well represented.
  • Plan rosters for operations staff.
  • Monitor opening and closing duties of the outlet.
  • Communicate daily and act as liaison between operations staff and management.
  • Ensure POS systems are operational and accurate.
  • Provide coordination and services for both kitchen and service.
  • Report on time, in proper uniform, and grooming.
  • Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
  • Provide suggestions or develop new SOPs to improve operation and employee duties.

  • Brief knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience with inventory management software.
