Business Growth Strategist
">">- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Growth Strategist to spearhead the expansion of our bespoke software business across both public and private sectors.
About the Role
">">- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in project delivery, and an established network in relevant industries.
Responsibilities
">">- Pursue new business opportunities, developing strategies to grow our footprint in the public and private sectors.
- Owning the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and negotiation to deal closure.
- Driving enterprise software deals, with a preference for deal sizes above $3 million.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Ensuring proper documentation of deal terms, pricing structures, and contract negotiations.
Bid Management
">">- Leading the response to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, ensuring accurate, competitive, and compliant submissions.
- Working closely with internal teams (e.g., project management, technical teams) to craft compelling business proposals.
- Conducting cost estimation, solutioning, and risk analysis for tenders and proposals.
- Preparing and delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Participating in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build partnerships and gather market intelligence.
Requirements & Qualifications
">">- Experience: 5+ years in pre-sales, sales, business development, or a related field.
