Job Title: Medical Support Associate

Job Description:

As a Medical Support Associate, you will provide frontline support in handling medical-related enquiries, perform triage based on standard procedures, and issue Guarantee Letters in accordance with policy and provider agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer and provider queries related to medical claims, cashless or preauthorization request, and coverage eligibility.
  • Perform basic triage assessments based on SOPs and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Prepare and process cashless requests after verification of policy benefits and provider arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide excellent service to insured members.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in healthcare, insurance, or administrative studies.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in insurance or healthcare.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage high-volume enquiries and multitask efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of insurance terms and medical pre-authorization processes is a plus.
