Job Title: Medical Support Associate

We are seeking a highly responsible and organized individual to support our doctors and patients who use our 24/7 tele-consultation service. This role will provide administrative support at the Prescription Fulfilment Centre.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing medications for delivery
  • Troubleshooting operational matters
  • Participating in improvement projects to enhance the quality of service

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and adapt to high-tempo operations. They should also be comfortable working with medication and familiar with pharmacy or clinic settings.


Requirements:
  • Working on a shift basis, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Familiarity with medication and prior experience working in a pharmacy, clinic, or warehouse setting

Apart from relevant qualifications and experience, we are looking for candidates with excellent computer literacy and attention to detail.

  • You have good communication skills and are able to work effectively in a team
  • You are proactive and able to take initiative when needed
