As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth production process.

The Production Specialist is responsible for operating and troubleshooting production equipment to guarantee optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and processes to maintain continuous production line operation, including regular input of raw materials.
  • Monitor equipment performance to ensure output meets quality and quantity requirements, and perform troubleshooting and repair as needed.
  • Carry out adjustments, calibrations, and follow established procedures.
  • Take samples, measure, and record control charts/checklists.
  • Condition machines if measurements show irregular trends or out-of-spec occurrences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure high productivity levels.
  • Assist with other tasks as required by the production supervisor.

Requirements:

  • National Technical Certificate (NTC)-2/3 or National ITE Certification in any field or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous work experience, not necessarily in a related field.
  • Possess knowledge in maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Familiarity with working in a controlled environment is preferred.
  • Able to work flexible 12-hour shifts (day or night).
