Job Title: Production Team Member

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced production team member to join our pastry manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a variety of pastries and puddings, ensuring all items adhere to set recipes and standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in pastry preparation, preferably in a central kitchen setting. They must be capable of standing for extended periods and working in cooler environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality pastries and puddings following established recipes and guidelines.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and uphold food safety standards and cleanliness.
  • Manage the receipt, packing, and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Conduct basic cleaning and upkeep of the central kitchen.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed and assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Preferrable experience in a central kitchen setting.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in cooler environments.
