Job Title:
Financial Operations Manager
Oversee and manage the financial operations of a company, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow and working capital
- Monitor and analyze financial data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies and plans
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.
