Job Title: Limousine Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Limousine Driver to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a Limousine Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation services to our guests, ensuring their safety and comfort during their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive luxury vehicles to transport guests to and from various destinations, ensuring punctuality and safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities, such as mineral water, wet towels, and newspapers.
  • Perform vehicle checks before driving, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with luggage handling, tagging, and delivery, as well as valet driving duties when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and procedures, including the Limousine Integrated System Procedures and Limousine Queue System Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license, at least Class 3
  • Valid Private Hire Vocational Driving License or Singapore Taxi Vocational License
  • Defensive Driving Certificate (desirable)
  • Experience working in transportation operations, preferably in a service and hospitality industry
  • Service-oriented personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team
  • Adaptable to rotating shifts, including night shifts
