JOB SCOPE

Key Responsibilities

Execute the responsibilities of a limousine operator in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures. Deliver exceptional service that aligns with the organization's core service standards and brand identity. Arrive punctually for all driving assignments, at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Conduct meet and greet services using an iPad for signage during guest departures and arrivals when necessary. Collaborate with external vendors to ensure seamless guest reception upon arrival and assist with their departure. Maintain familiarity with all hotel services, features, and local attractions to accurately address guest inquiries. Ensure the safety of guests throughout their journey. Provide a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Transport guests using the most efficient routes unless otherwise requested. Utilize GPS technology to navigate to destinations effectively. Actively seek opportunities to enhance luxury service and ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure that all guest amenities in the vehicle are adequately stocked (e.g., bottled water, wet towels, newspapers). Attend to all special requests from guests, both internal and external (e.g., preferred vehicle temperature, music selection). Maintain the vehicle's interior and exterior in a clean, pristine, and odor-free condition at all times. Conduct pre-drive inspections on vehicles. Required to operate various vehicles, including luxury cars and luggage vans. Comply with company policies, compliance guidelines, and operational procedures. Familiarize oneself with Limousine Integrated System Procedures. Understand Limousine Queue System Procedures. Assist guests with luggage during arrivals and departures, ensuring proper handling, tagging, and timely delivery. Provide valet driving services when necessary. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

GCE 'O'/'N' Levels or a Certificate in Hotel Operations is preferred.

Certification

Hold a valid driving license, at least Class 3. Possess a valid Private Hire Vocational Driving License or Singapore Taxi Vocational License. A Defensive Driving Certificate is advantageous. Provide a copy of the front and back of the valid Singapore Driving License. Submit the latest Driver Improvement Point System record.

Required Experience

Previous experience in transportation operations is preferred. Experience in the service and hospitality industry is an advantage. Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial. Must be service-oriented.

Required Knowledge

Knowledge of Singapore roads, hotel locations, attractions, entertainment, and dining outlets. Familiarity with all airport and ferry terminals in Singapore.

Skills / Abilities / Presence

A clean driving record is preferred. Proficient in written and spoken English. Being bilingual is an added advantage. Possess a pleasant demeanor. Ability to multitask effectively. Basic technological skills (e.g., operating iPad, grid phone, and GPS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Capable of loading and unloading luggage. Ability to distinguish colors for driving purposes. Capacity to work under pressure and independently. Must be a team player. Flexible with rotating shifts, including night shifts.
