Job Title: Tender/Project Bidding

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our organization as a Tender/Project Bidding specialist.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage the tendering process, from proposal development to contract negotiation. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers to plan resource allocation, ensure bids align with company procedures, and engage with clients to optimize tender pricing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tendering, proposal development, and contract management, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications: Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in tendering, proposal development, and contract management
  • Proficient in cost control, scheduling, data analysis, and risk assessment
  • Technical knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC)
  • Certified PE
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
