We're seeking a seasoned IT ETRM Business Analyst with a proven track record of success, who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and make a significant impact on our operations.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in C/ETRM systems, including Allegro, and have a deep understanding of commodities trading and its associated risks.

You'll be responsible for driving critical projects, collaborating globally with cross-functional teams, and innovating processes that enhance our trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Product Owner, overseeing problem analysis, root cause identification, solution proposal, and change management.
  • Drive diverse projects across our front, middle, and back office technology landscape, including system integration initiatives.
  • Propose and implement groundbreaking processes and calculation methods, particularly within Middle Office processes and market data management.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams, users, and IT delivery teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Analyze problems, create mock-ups, and perform hands-on system analysis to directly influence trading operations efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a strong background in C/ETRM systems.Hands-on experience with Allegro and other C/ETRM systems.Extensive knowledge of commodities trading, including risk management and valuation.Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing trade data using tools like SQL, PowerQuery, Power BI, and Excel.A proactive and adaptive mindset, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively in diverse environments.
