Senior Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our geotechnical engineering team. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects that meet the highest standards of safety and excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective geotechnical design strategies for large-scale projects.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain and improve soil investigation methodologies to optimize geotechnical design inputs.
  • Design and validate piled raft systems using advanced tools and theories.
  • Analyze slope stability and perform calculations to inform project decisions.
  • Implement seepage control measures like jet grouting, slurry walls, and flow net calculations.
  • Manage swelling soils and specify backfill materials with suitable compaction techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
  • At least 7 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and instrumentation on large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in analysis and design tools like PLAXIS 2D/3D, SLOPE/W, A-PILE, and L-PILE is essential.
  • Familiarity with STAAD Pro, SAFE, and ETABS is a plus.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective task prioritization and management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
