Job Title: Business Insights ManagerDrive business growth by turning data into actionable insights. We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore.About the Role:

As a key member of our Program Management team, you will transform data into clear and informative outputs that drive decision-making.

You will work closely with business management to consolidate and tailor data views, providing analytical advice and ensuring data integrity.

We're seeking an agile and dynamic professional who can partner closely with our Senior Leadership Team to ensure accurate, timely, and accessible business-critical reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead projects to transform business management tools into clear and informative outputs.
  • Provide technical support to site and business teams on SAP systems and reporting tools.
  • Update, maintain, and improve existing reporting and dashboards.
  • Partner with Finance to support revenue reconciliation.
  • Represent the Program Management function in site and Global forums related to revenue, targets, and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
  • Strong background in business management and financial tools.
  • Solid expertise in data analysis and transforming data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with SAP systems and advanced Excel or BI tools proficiency preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical colleagues.
