Patient Care Specialist

This role requires a diligent and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional patient care as a Ward Service Associate.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver meals, clear plates, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to patients.
- Verify food served against patient meal orders for accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment adhering to health and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with nurses to meet patients' nutritional needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling patient information.
- Five-day workweek including one weekend day.
- Rotating shifts 10am – 7:30pm or 7am – 4:30pm with a total weekly hours of 42 hours.
