We are seeking a seasoned Marine Generator Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of marine generators. If you have hands-on experience with assembly and repair of marine generators, or if you're familiar with marine electronics and automation systems, we want to hear from you.

Job Description:

  • Provide standby support and emergency call services for customers.
  • Offer after-sales technical support, site recovery, and maintenance services to distributors/end customers.
  • Generate service reports systematically.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product failures.
  • Investigate root causes of failures and suggest solutions.
  • Determine the extent of damage and repairs for warranty claims from distributors.
  • Maintain close working relationships with key customers to ensure issue resolution.
  • Develop service training materials and ensure all technical and training documents are up-to-date and organized.
  • Provide specific training to distributors and dealers on service and troubleshooting skills to ensure optimum service levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Frequent travel to the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia Region.
  • Candidates with equivalent professional backgrounds will be considered.
  • Prior electrical and control experience with various control systems (John Deere ECU and KDI ECU) and synchronization systems will be advantageous.
