About the Role

The future of automotive retail is evolving, and Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. is at the forefront of this transformation. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and profitability in our New Car Segment. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, preferably within the luxury automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the customer-facing sales team to achieve and exceed volume and profitability targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Manage studio operations, monitor sales floor activities, and ensure all team members adhere to standard operating procedures and Porsche's standards.
  • Oversee the Studio Customer Journey, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to implement sales strategies, propose promotions and incentives to drive growth, and support inventory management.
  • Expand the dealership's client base by developing and maintaining a network of potential customers and collaborating with marketing and CRM teams on lead acquisition.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to stay informed about industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of working experience in leading sales teams in the automotive industry, preferably within the luxury segment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for the Porsche brand and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
  • A deep understanding of automotive industry trends, the luxury market, customer expectations, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
