Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role requires a strong background in IAM, risk management, and information security. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to deliver secure, efficient, and compliant identity and access solutions.

  • Lead a team to develop and implement IAM strategies that align with business requirements.
  • Oversee key IAM controls and governance activities, including Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Attestation, and Dormancy processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business and functional requirements for IAM solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of IAM processes and identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and operational improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience in IAM, risk management, and information security.
  • Familiarity with IAM best practices, lifecycle management, policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Prior experience in implementing IAM platforms and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID.
  • Exposure to software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and data analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
