Strategic Client Partnership:
  • Engage with clients at a deep level to thoroughly understand their strategic business goals and intricate technical requirements.

Act as a trusted advisor translating business needs into innovative and effective technical solutions.

Technical Vision and Assessment:
  • Conduct comprehensive technical assessments and insightful analyses of existing systems and architectures.

Identify key areas for optimization, modernization, and strategic advantage through the application of cutting-edge technologies.

Solution Architecture & Innovation:
  • Design and architect robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that address complex client challenges leveraging a diverse range of technologies and platforms.

Hands-on expertise is required for the implementation configuration integration and troubleshooting of Neo4j solutions and related technologies within client environments.

Technical Expertise:
  • Provide deep technical expertise and hands-on support for the implementation configuration integration and troubleshooting of Neo4j solutions and related technologies.

Mentor and guide junior consulting engineers fostering their technical growth and contributing to the overall knowledge and expertise of the consulting team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams including Sales Product Development and Customer Success to ensure a unified and exceptional client journey from initial engagement to ongoing support.
Industry Insight & Advocacy:
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends emerging technologies and the evolving landscape.

Proactively share valuable insights and recommendations with clients to help them leverage new opportunities.

Empowering Clients through Education:
  • Develop and deliver engaging technical training sessions workshops and knowledge sharing initiatives.
