Senior Engineering Leadership Role

Description

  • We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead complex consulting engagements. You will partner closely with clients to deeply understand their business objectives, architect cutting-edge solutions leveraging graph technology and complementary technologies.

  • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of data-driven solutions in the vibrant Singapore market.

  • You will lead and deliver full lifecycle projects from initial conceptualization and planning through successful implementation, deployment, and client sign-off.

  • Ensure exceptional delivery quality and consistently exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Client Partnership: Engage with clients to understand their strategic business goals, technical requirements, and critical challenges.

  2. Conduct comprehensive technical assessments and insightful analyses of existing systems and architectures.

  3. IDentify key areas for optimization, modernization, and strategic advantage through the application of graph database technology and related solutions.

  4. Design and architect robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that address complex client challenges.

  5. Provide deep technical expertise and hands-on support for the implementation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of Neo4j solutions and related technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

  • Demonstrable and progressive experience as a Consulting Engineer or in a similar client-facing technical role.

  • Deep and broad understanding of a variety of enterprise technologies.

  • Extensive database experience with a proven track record of delivering highly complex data projects.
