Job Description

Our ideal candidate will lead and mentor a development team to deliver scalable digital solutions.

The successful candidate will architect and build fullstack systems with strong performance and maintainability.

We are looking for someone who designs, develops, and reviews secure, high-performance APIs.

Promoting secure coding and DevSecOps practices across the SDLC is essential for this role.

You will manage CI/CD pipelines and integrate QA processes.

Collaboration with analysts, designers, and engineers is key to success in this position.

Ensuring compliance with cloud (AWS/Azure) and government standards (e.g., Singpass, Corppass) is crucial.

Contribution to project planning, estimation, and risk management is also expected.


Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years in software development, with 2–3 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong fullstack and RESTful API development skills.
  • Deep knowledge of secure coding and DevSecOps toolchains.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with government systems and authentication integration.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
