About The Role

The Junior Producer supports the management team in planning, coordinating, and delivering productions, workshops, and community programs. This role involves providing logistical and administrative support, including scheduling, venue liaison, and coordinating with artists and crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Support
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of productions, rehearsals, and performances.
    • Provide logistical and administrative support, including scheduling, venue liaison, and coordinating with artists and crew.
  • Administrative & Financial Assistance
    • Assist in preparing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining records.
    • Support grant applications, reporting, and project documentation.
  • Learning & Development
    • Gain hands-on experience in producing processes from start to finish.
    • Build networks within the local arts scene and with international partners.
Requirements
  • Possession of some experience in arts management, production, events, or related fields preferred (internship/volunteer experience accepted).
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with good multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities; bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
