Requirements:

  • A background in Nursing, Medicine, Health Sciences, Psychology, Gerontology, Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • The ability to speak local languages to reach out to seniors from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Empathy, outgoingness, and confidence in interacting with seniors.
  • Detail orientation, motivation, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
